How much will the repair of faults cost?

The cost depends on the fault. Every fix attracts a Service Fee and parts replacement costs.

How can I ensure my headset arrives to you?

Aus Post Parcel lockers now require my email & mobile number listed first on the address label.
Make sure the address label is written exactly as follows:

The Aus Post advice is:
If a parcel is addressed to a Parcel Locker and we don't have an accurate email address or mobile, we're unable to notify the recipient and the parcel will be redirected to a Post Office for collection. Parcels that are not collected within 10 business days will be Returned to Sender, at the sender's expense.

Can you let me know when the headset arrives and when you return it to me?

Yes, be sure to ask for this on the Repair Request Worksheet. Worksheet available via online submission or print & post.

What if the quote recommends not economical to repair?

Pay the return postage and you can have the headset back or tell me to dump it.

My Headset is part of me and I want it repaired; is this possible?

Yes, but you might pay more than it is worth for the emotional attachment.

Can you upgrade my Headset with the latest technology?

Yes, just tell me what you want on the Repair Request Worksheet.
